Who We Are
We are Nathan and Diana Ratcliff, owners of Ratcliff Design + Build. Our goal is for you to fall in love with your space again. Nathan leads the projects on site and coordinates the crews and Diana runs the office and design portion of your project.
Nathan loves gardening, John Deere tractors, and diesel trucks. He is planning to restore his first vehicle, a 1992 Dodge truck. Diana is recognized in the community for her photography skills. She loves cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
We have four children, two dogs, and two cats with plans to add farm animals in the near future. We’re a close knit family who love to spend time with one another. We recently purchased a home south of Indianapolis that we are renovating to help make our dreams come true.
We met while pursuing our degrees at Johnson University. We were married the next year. While there, Nathan worked in the maintenance department and started his remodeling career. Shortly after graduation, he expanded into apartment maintenance.
We remodeled our first home in 2013. We bought a 1950’s National Home that was in desperate need of love and attention. We poured a lot of sweat and tears into renovating the entire house and eventually converted the garage into a master suite and laundry room. We understand firsthand how remodeling can transform your home or business.
We loved the process of renovating our own home so much that in 2014, we jumped into the world of full-time renovation. We are dedicated to giving you a lifestyle renovation that will completely transform how your family interacts and makes memories.
